Kephart Delivers Over $600,000 for Area Road Improvements

HARRISBURG – State Rep. Dallas Kephart (R-Cambria/Clearfield) announced today the 73rd Legislative District is receiving grant funding for three multimodal projects from the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development’s (DCED) Multimodal Transportation Fund (MTF).
MTF funds may be used for the development, rehabilitation and enhancement of transportation such as streetscapes, lighting, sidewalks, pedestrian safety and more.
The three projects are:
• $100,000 to Decatur Township to repave Hollow Road.
• $250,000 to Graham Township to reconstruct Sington Road.
• $264,000 to Oceola Mills Borough for reconstruction and repaving along Lingle Street and the Stone Street Extension.
“After working with the townships and borough, I am proud to share these grants with our community,” shared Kephart. “These projects have been projects in the making, and they will improve transportation in our area. I was happy to advocate for them to receive this funding and deliver.”
